This policy applies to neurorecallmind.com only. Neurorecallmind runs the site as a U.S. Neuro Recall information site and shop. We do not make the capsules. Our office is at 59 Maiden Lane, Floor 27, New York, NY 10038.
The site is made of fixed pages. It has no accounts, no logins, no web forms and no customer database. We earn money when people buy through the order buttons, so we explain where your details go along that path.
The checkout platform, its order desk and every outside site we link to follow their own privacy rules. Our about page explains who we are.

We learn only that a sale happened
We may see order totals for our earnings report. Card numbers are never shared with us.
How do we use the emails you send?
When you write to [email protected], we use the message only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you ads.

What happens if you send us a review?

Should you send us health information?
Keep health details with your doctor
Please do not email us memory test scores, diagnoses or a list of your medicines. We cannot give medical advice, and our inbox is not a medical record. Your doctor or pharmacist is the right person to ask.
If health details arrive anyway, we answer the non-medical part of the message and then delete them. For ingredient cautions, read the side effects page. Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, numbness or weakness needs a 911 call, not an email.
How long is data kept, and how is it kept safe?
Host logs are kept only as long as security and error checks need them. Emails stay in the inbox until your question is settled, or less time if you ask us to delete them.
