Is Neuro Recall a scam? What was reported
The label for Neuro Recall is real, but scam ads have used its name. In September 2026, MalwareTips reported that ads for Neuro Recall used fake AI videos of celebrities, including Elon Musk (MalwareTips, Sept 2026).
The same report said the order button led to a checkout for a different product called MemoHoney. So a buyer could click on a memory pill they had heard of and be charged for something else. We are describing what was reported, not naming who ran the ads.
- The ad
A video shows a famous face praising a memory pill. The face and voice are reported to be made with AI.
- The click
The viewer taps an order button that seems to be for Neuro Recall.
- The checkout
The payment page reportedly names a different product, MemoHoney.
- The charge
A buyer who does not read the product name may pay for something they never meant to order.
Other review pages list a different formula under the Neuro Recall name, for example with phosphatidylserine and rhodiola. Neither is on the label shown on this site.
Does Elon Musk or any celebrity endorse Neuro Recall?
No. No celebrity endorses Neuro Recall, and this site never uses a famous name to sell it. A video of a well-known person praising a pill is not proof of anything.
The Better Business Bureau warns that scammers now use AI to make celebrity videos that look and sound real (BBB, AI celebrity scams). The person in the clip never said those words. Memory products are a common target, because worried buyers want a quick answer.
What does this site do differently?
We built this site to be the opposite of those ads. Every claim comes from the label in the brand images or a linked source. The table compares what was reported with what you will find here.
| Topic | Reported in the scam ads | On this site |
|---|---|---|
| Celebrity | AI videos of famous people, such as Elon Musk, were reported | No celebrity claim, quote or image anywhere |
| Product at checkout | A checkout for MemoHoney was reported | Order buttons lead to a page that names Neuro Recall; the checkout link is not live yet |
| Ingredients | Other pages list a different formula, for example with phosphatidylserine and rhodiola | The full Supplement Facts panel from the brand images, item by item |
| Price | Often shown only after you click through | Not published in our files; the checkout must show it before you pay |
| Refund terms | Not always easy to find | Printed on the live checkout; claimed by phone with the order ID |
| Health promises | Memory claims that sound like a cure | No claim to improve memory or treat dementia |
Checkout not live until verified
The order buttons on this site go to a page that says the checkout link is not live yet. It asks people not to buy Neuro Recall from ads they cannot verify. We would rather lose a sale than send you to a checkout we have not confirmed.
Check before you pay: a six-point list
These checks take about five minutes. They work on any supplement checkout, not just Neuro Recall. If any check fails, close the page and do not enter your card.
Check before you pay
- The checkout and order summary say Neuro Recall, not MemoHoney or any other name
- The bottle picture and ingredient list match the Supplement Facts shown on this site
- The full price, shipping cost and refund terms are on the page before you pay
- There is no countdown timer, flashing stock warning or pressure to decide right now
- You noted the name that will appear on your card statement, if the checkout shows it
- You saved the order email with the order ID as soon as it arrived
When the bottle arrives, our batch verify page shows how to check the seal, the lot and the label. The where to buy page covers marketplace listings and look-alike sellers.
How do you spot a deepfake supplement ad?
Most fake celebrity ads share a few tells. You do not need special tools to see them. Slow down and look at the clip and the page around it.
Watch the mouth
Lips that lag behind the words or blur at the edges are a common sign of an AI-made video.
Listen to the voice
A flat tone, odd pauses or a voice that does not quite fit the face are warning signs.
Question the story
Tales of a secret pill that doctors hate, or a star who quit a show to sell it, are scripts.
Check the source
Go to the celebrity's own verified accounts. A real endorsement would be there. A fake one will not.
Read the web address
Look at the address bar before you pay. Odd spellings and unrelated names are a reason to stop.
Search for news
Search the product name with the word scam. Reports like the one from MalwareTips often turn up first.
Our article on fake celebrity supplement ads goes deeper, with more examples of the patterns.
What should you do if you were charged for something else?
Act quickly, and keep every email. Disputes go more smoothly when you call soon after the charge. These steps work in order.
Call your card issuer
Use the number on the back of your card. Say you were charged for a product you did not choose, and ask about disputing the charge.
Call the order desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order email and order ID. Ask what was ordered and how to cancel or return it.
Do not take unknown pills
If a bottle arrives that does not match the Neuro Recall label, do not take it. Keep it and photograph the label.
Report the ad to the FTC
File a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Include the ad, the web address and the charge.
Report it where you saw it
Use the report button on the social platform or video site, so fewer people see the ad.
Watch for refund callbacks
Never give your card number, bank login or a one-time code to anyone who calls you about a refund. Call the number you look up yourself.
What is in the real Neuro Recall bottle?
The Neuro Recall label in the brand images lists four nutrients and a 635 mg blend. Per 2-capsule serving: folate 600 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 240 mcg, magnesium 250 mg and chromium 120 mcg.
The blend holds cinnamon, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, bacopa monnieri, green tea extract, berberine, L-theanine, alpha lipoic acid, alpha-GPC, lutein and zeaxanthin. If your bottle lists something else, it is a different product.
Honest note: even the real product is not a memory cure
Avoiding scam ads is step one. Step two is knowing what a capsule can and cannot do. In a large trial, ginkgo did not lower dementia rates over about six years (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Bacopa in Neuro Recall can be at most about half the dose used in studies (Kongkeaw et al., 2014).
The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). Memory loss that disrupts daily life needs a doctor (Alzheimer's Association, 10 warning signs). Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, numbness or weakness means call 911 right away (CDC, Stroke signs).
Neuro Recall scam FAQ: questions people ask
Is Neuro Recall a scam?
The label for Neuro Recall is real, but scam ads using its name were reported. In September 2026, MalwareTips reported fake AI celebrity videos and a checkout that named a different product, MemoHoney.
Does Elon Musk endorse Neuro Recall?
No. There is no celebrity endorsement of Neuro Recall. Videos showing Elon Musk or other famous people selling it were reported as AI fakes, a pattern the BBB has warned about.
What is MemoHoney and how is it linked to Neuro Recall?
MalwareTips reported that the order button in some Neuro Recall ads led to a checkout for a product called MemoHoney. We have no other facts about MemoHoney, and it is not the product described on this site.
Why do some pages list different Neuro Recall ingredients?

Look for lips that do not match the words, a flat or robotic voice, odd blinking and a story about a secret pill. Then check the celebrity's own verified accounts, which will not mention it.
What should I do if I was charged for something other than Neuro Recall?
Call your card issuer and ask about disputing the charge. Then call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order email, and report the ad at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
Where do I report a fake supplement ad?
Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. You can also use the report tool on the social platform where you saw it, so others are less likely to see it.
Can I buy Neuro Recall on this site today?
Not yet. The order buttons lead to a page that says the checkout link is not live, and it asks you not to buy from ads you cannot verify.
Is this site run by the maker of Neuro Recall?
No. This site is run by Neurorecallmind, a U.S. information site and shop that earns money on purchases. The maker is not named in our files.
